Mission and vision do not exist in the laws of physics. They live in first-person reality, in the people you lead. Two ways to bring the school into your organization, available now.
Organizations are now hiring intelligence that, whatever else it is, is not a person. When an AI fully takes the role of an employee, the work gets done and something quieter changes: the collective consciousness that culture actually is now lives in fewer people, while the organization's output grows. A mission cannot be held by an agent. It can only be held by the conscious beings who remain.

Agents that fully take a role: not tools a person uses, but seats in the organization that no longer contain a person. Like any employee they cause pain and relieve it, and unlike any employee they feel none of it. Accountability does not disappear. It moves.

The people who hold the organization's wants and desires and steer intelligence toward them. Not operators, not prompt writers. The role is first-person by nature: knowing what the organization actually wants is the one job no agent can do, and the job most organizations have never trained anyone for.
This is the school's home ground. Culture is collective consciousness; alignment comes from fear or from resonance; what cannot be measured can still be managed. The founder's book raised the question in 2024, before the agents arrived, and the school itself runs on the model it teaches: intelligence holding operating roles, a human holding the wants.
Offered as the keynote's second edition, and inside the Leadership Intensive as the conductor's audit: what this organization actually wants, written down by the people who have to hold it.
A company is a collective consciousness: a culture everyone can feel and no dashboard can show. Fear can align people. So can resonance. The difference is everything the organization builds. Both formats below are delivered by the founder, remotely or in person.
A neuroscientist and biotech executive gives a leadership team a rational account of consciousness: what a mission actually is, where alignment comes from, and the one audit no dashboard runs.
Second edition, AI employees and AI conductors: what culture becomes when agents take the roles and people hold the wants.
Working sessions with the school's own instrument. Phones become anonymous stations; what the room writes is woven live into a shared artifact. The collective consciousness of the team, visible in the room. Nothing attributed, nothing recorded.
A full day adds mission and vision as lived realities, competition without war, and the conductor's audit.
An educational method for examining first-person experience. We make no clinical claims and promise no outcome. Participation is voluntary, always.
Stations never attribute a line to a person. The sponsoring organization receives the woven artifacts and the room's aggregate results, never individual entries. Rooms are not recorded.
Consciousness-first is held as a working assumption and tested in the room, by the people in it. Skepticism is equipment, not an obstacle.
Daniel Branco, MD, PhD: neurologist, Harvard-trained neuroscientist, biotech executive, author of Spiriduality. Every session, in English or Portuguese.
Data handling for organizations is spelled out in the school's privacy policy.
A five-pillar baseline drawn from the book's Part III, and ongoing advisory with the founder and, as the school grows, its certified practitioners. Not yet available. We say what exists and what doesn't.
Fees on request; a one-page overview is available to forward internally. Write to the school with the organization, the room, and the date you have in mind, and you will hear back from Daniel personally.
